Beyond the steak, try a gift from the sea. Scallops are presented in a light, crispy-shell parcel, embedded within a creamy truffle potato purée for a flavoursome starter.
Expect a meal to remember. The prestigious master Kobe Wagyu tenderloin comes highly recommended. Cooked to preference, the prime cuts are juicy and tender, allowing your knife to glide effortlessly, for each succulent bite.
Dessert has never been so fashionable. A not-so-traditionally styled Eton Mess is beautifully layered with thin shards of coconut meringue, paired with a palate-cleansing rose sorbet.
