There are very few brunches in Dubai that combine the luxury of a swimming pool with stunning views and amazing food – but La Piscina Brunch does.

This well kept secret is hosted at Melia Hotel Dubai and it is a million miles away from the often generic formula that many brunches in the region employ.

First of all, Melia Hotel is situated down on Kuwait Road in a historic part of Dubai, so there isn’t the normal Dubai traffic to contend with as you’d get at some more centrally located brunches. Secondly, the venue isn’t over populated with tourists so diners have a chance to actually hear each other talk amongst a fairly chilled out and relaxed atmosphere.

The culinary delights of La Piscina are a marvel. There are numerous cuisines on offer from the hotel’s four different restaurants including sushi, traditional English roast and gastronomically enticing Indian delights at the award-winning Signature by Sanjeev Kapoor.

After getting one’s fill of the gourmet delicacies guests are invited to continue the experience on the roof of the hotel at Estrellas Rooftop where you can take in beautiful views of the coast. Book ahead to secure a poolside cabana, but be warned that the relaxed brunch transforms into a raucous pool party after 4pm.

If the sunshine gets too much, why not take the plunge and cool off in the swimming pool, or pitch up next to the rooftop bar and simmer with some iced beverages?

La Piscina Brunch is the perfect combination of refined classy cuisine and Miami-style pool party fun.
